I chose a Care Bear to represent me on the front of my Power Bag. I love what Care Bears represent: friendship, courage and care.

In my bag l’ve included a figurine of Princess Tiana, the first Black Disney princess.

Growing up there was very little representation for Black women; this figurine signifies representation.

I chose to include images of beluga whales. There is a mother and a child and the image reminds me of my mother and I.
